Jerry Slusiewicz

With more than 30 years of professional investment experience, Jerry Slusiewicz began his career as a financial advisor in 1987 and has worked for several Wall Street firms, including Shearson, Lehman Brothers, and UBS. Wanting to create a more client-first approach to portfolio management, Jerry started his own Registered Investment Advisor firm in 2004, specializing in managing risk and creating income streams for retirees and those nearing retirement.

Having earned his Series 3, 6, 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as licenses to provide annuity, life, health, and long-term care insurance solutions, Jerry has the credentials and expertise to serve the widely diverse needs of his large client base.

A strong believer in the importance of financial education, Jerry takes pride in making complex subjects easy to understand for the average investor. He frequently holds educational workshops and seminars and hosted the popular radio show “Your Money Talks” for nearly 20 years.

A well-known expert on the financial markets, Jerry has been quoted widely in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, The Financial Times, Investor’s Business Daily, The Los Angeles Times, and many other media outlets. He is a past nominee for Laguna Niguel’s “Citizen of the Year” award and has been nominated many times as a Five-Star Financial Advisor.

Having served as mayor of Laguna Niguel, Jerry remains very active in his community. He’s been a volunteer coach for several youth sports programs, helped coordinate fundraising walks for juvenile diabetes, and has guest lectured at several local high schools, colleges, and universities.

Outside the office, Jerry enjoys spending time with his wife of 30 years, Vicki. They have two grown children, Sierra and Jaden, and an adorable German shepherd, Gunnar.
